Flexy “Ngrumpi”, new innovation from Telkom

Flexy as one of the CDMA telecommunication companies is Indonesia is continuing to give the best service and new innovation for their mobile telecommunication subscribers. One of the new innovations from Telkom is called “Flexy ngrumpi”. Flexy ngrumpi is teleconference service that will allow Telkom’s mobile telecommunication subscribers to talk with their familiy, friend or partners. Flexy ngrumpi allow their subscribers to make teleconference up 10 person


Flexy’s subscriber can do flexy ngrumpi service very easy. They only need to call to *55* room number (1-9.999). For example if you want to talk in room 10 than the member should call to *55*10. However if this room is booked than they need to go to another room such as room 11 and so on. To cover the high demand on flexy ngrumpi service, Telkom provide 9.999 rooms to make teleconference for their subscriber. This is to make sure that all member of flexy ngrumpi are assigned a room

Flexy is one of the products of Telkom which has more that 15 million subscribers in Indonesia right now. Telkom competes with Bakrie Telecom to have as many as subscribers in Indonesia CDMA market. So far the Flexy total subscribers is bigger and Bakrie Telecom but Bakrie Telecom has better product and service rather than Flexy
